Hi Robyn 

A foodie tip I just learnt.....
To seperate the fat from the meat juices without alot of dishes, pour it all into a plastic bag, cut the bottom corner off and watch it flow out, stopping just before the fat starts coming out. Chuck the fat and bag out...viola! Fat free meat juices!

I did the ice cubes in  my casserole on the weekend. all the fat just stuck to the ice cubes..

I didn't realise we aged bottom-first Kimmy

What about grey hair? And wrinkles? They usually start around the face and hands. My feet only go wrinkly when I'm in the swimming pool too long.

It really is true amy, starting from the feet up, not the bottom.
