I like Billy Joel too. He is a homeboy from Long Island. For a while after he married Christi Brinkley they had a house in my home town.

Many years ago he donated an old 1940's Harley og his for a charity raffle. A good friend of mine won it.

There is a really good music video of him playing "A matter of Trust" in a New York basement.

Lucky guy to win the Harley! ;)

I'll have to look up that video, but I must say Billy is much too good to play in too many basements ;D

It is shot like it is a practice session. After a minute Billy stops and says it is hot so they open the doors and windows that open onto the street. When they start playing again the camera's pick up people on the street looking around to see where the music is coming from. Eventually a crowd starts to form outside the building with people dancing and stuff.

Oh hello. Thanks for asking Chrissa.

I get some temp nannying from an agency, but sometimes it gets cancelled. I had a booking for Monday, then that was cancelled but may come through for the week after, and booked babysitting for tomorrow night was booked, terms agreed, then cancelled.

My DH has job applications in all the time, some times you hear nothing at all. Very frustrating. He has been helping family for last few weeks and is away in the week.

I finally sorted the kitchen yesterday, and will try to make headway elsewhere in the house this week. Hard to settle in when you expect to move again soon, but dont know where.

Had a lovely evening tonight with all 4 of us here.   :D

You sound a lot happier DJ, maybe just more settled.

Hope the work situation becomes more regular for you both.

Well am happy today as DH is home, and I met the lovely CC yesterday.
Thursday was a different matter. LOL.
It's ups and downs, all the time.
