Actually Amy...yes. By hand.
Also was quality control manager... thinking about it now, I was just a kid!! I started there part time when I was 12, after school and in the holidays etc. When I left school I started full time, left when I got married.  :)

How did you work when you were 12? It's against the law and has been for decades. Was this in NZ or Tassie?

In NZ. Dunno, the boss was my uncle and needed the help after school - to break fudge into 1cm squares for in ice-cream, and it just basically went from there. I got taxed  :-)) so I'm guessing the work law people knew about it, never actually thought about it to tell you the truth... :-))
