Do you ice yours Cookie?

I'm glad people are enjoying this.  It is really basic but still very yummy!

No. I rarely ice things unless they are for guests. It tastes lovely as is.

Made these again tonight with macadamias and milk chocolate - don't like white choc.

I make them as biscuits because the first time I made this it was an iced slice, grandkids called in and ate the lot.

The biscuits were great, lasted 4 days.

These biscuits tonight lasted about 3/4 hour.

OK, they had only been out of the oven a short time and really tasted great, have just come in from waving them goodbye, decided a cuppa and bikkie would be good before bed - NOT A CRUMB LEFT

I made this last night :D I'd already made a mistake making a chocolate cake so I figured this was so simple I couldn't mess it up.
And for once, I was right ;D

Will post another photo when I've iced and decorated it :)

Mmmmm yum Amy! After you posted earlier I also made this, but left it undecorated. Still yummy though :)

Lovely simple recipe and I will definitely make again.
