We had "crack-an-egg pies" made by miss6 - who got a dairy-good food DVD from the MIL which had the recipe on it. --- basically bread buttered then pushed into a muffin pan then an egg cracked into it, cut up ham and grated cheese on top, bake 200deg for 15min.
