This isn't as easy to answer as I would think - the thing I would like most is time.  Just time, nothing else - well, perhaps a clear head, not thinking or feeling guilty for doing nothing.

If only money could buy those things Marina... :)

IF you had a spare $2000 what would you buy for yourself. :)

what would you really like to buy with the money..
Just curious..

I am saving up at the moment.

Ooh Obbie right now the way I am feeling I would love to get some of my fat sucked out around my tummy and bum  :-))
Or maybe a contraption that holds my jaw shut together when I see crap food and when my tummy is full  :-))

But in the real world I would use that money for our backyard renos.

I am also wondering what a HMP is?

For pure indulgence just a holiday would be lovely. Child free.

In reality i would finish paying for Thermie and start Xmas shopping :p

l want more time too and to not be such a procrastinator, money  could buy me a cleaner a gardener a personal organizer who could go food shopping for me  . that would give me more time  2 grand would not last long but

Wonder I could see a HMP being a helper to the thermothingy .i love the fact that it could be used as a slow cooker, cook without breaking up the meat and do jams etc to the exact temperature. I think DD would love it too as I would only take one of them away in the van.

I would hire a night nanny for as long as $2000 would buy. Would love a full night's sleep.

I would treat myself to a cooking class holiday to Bali or somewhere similar - $2000 wouldn't get one to Italy or France unfortunately.

I would buy a new time trial bike for the coming triathlon season. Though $2k would only buy half a bike.  I would also like a HMP. If thermie died I wouldn't buy another one I would probably go with the HMP.
