Obbie you do so much caring cooking so I'm thinking you definitely NEED an HMP. I am looking forward to hearing about your culinary adventures and exoerience with the HMP especially the comparisons between these sorts of machines.

Glad you enjoy cooking so much Robyn, I find it a bit of a chore although since I have had my TM it is a lot better. I find I cannot cook for hours like you as my back would give in
