"I only drink Champagne when I'm happy, and when I'm sad. Sometimes I drink it when I'm alone. When I have company, I consider it obligatory. I trifle with it if I am not hungry and drink it when I am. Otherwise I never touch it - unless I'm thirsty."

This reflects my feelings this morning:  If they can put Man on the Moon why can't they put them all there?

if you can't handle the heat get out the kitchen  8)

It is a quote Uni. I believe it is attributed to Harry S. Truman

"Walk softly and carry a big stick." Theodore Roosevelt

"Lead, follow or get the hell out of the way." George S.Patton

"a room without books is like a body without a soul" - seen in a bookshop window, natch!
I think this is MJ's - "I love to cook with wine, sometimes I even put it in the food" - always smile at that one.
I also like the quote that goes something like "walk gently on the earth, leave nothing but footprints" - don't think I've got it quite right, fuzzy headed from lack of sleep!
