Back from physio, thinks I should be a little better tomorrow & wednesday, then another visit thursday.

Hope to be back to normal by the end of next week.

So just resting it unil then.

Welcome home, don't expect too much before Thursday with the back.  Hope it is fixed by then,I can sympathize with you, been there and now careful of movements.

Well so far no improvement but hoping.

Cant wait to get back into cooking & my routine.

Going to a Halloween party so have been looking at ideas.

My first initial problem was repetitive use.

Then what triggered major problem, I fell asleep propped up in bed & my head hang to the right side, ( we were watching tv in the hotel room) this caused the nerve to be well & truly trapped, this is a common probem especially on long haul flights too!!

So I am taped up & hoping to be pain free soon.
