Gert, judging by some of the comments here I definetly don't trust everyone. Not sure about my ss, I think she wil be fine but you just never know

I mustn't be your SS then wonder.  I think I will be opening mine on arrival!  I normally don't even make it out of the post office before I open a package!!! :)

I won't be opening my pressie until the 23rd or maybe even Christmas Eve. I love to open a parcel on Christmas Eve.
We always opened one on Christmas Eve as kids a tradition from Dad. I did it with my kids. It was always pyjamas so they looked nice in the photos of them unwrapping their gifts.

I'm with you Michele, nothing better than opening Christmas presents very late on Christmas eve or Christmas day. As kids we were allowed to open wrapped gifts after midnight mass but had to wait until morning for santas arrival.
