Great book you received Hally and the lemon press - well guess who else received one of those ;D 

Now, everyone who watches TV cooking shows has seen one of these gadgets but not me, I don't watch them but I had seen them in a homeware shop.  Someone told me yesterday that you put the cut side down - shows you how much I know about them, I would have put the skin side down.  You live and learn.

These are fabulous.. I have one that fits both lemons and the smaller limes..... DS has a part time job as a bartender and they use these....

I bought a lemon thingy two months ago  (around the time my lemon tree dried up). It is fab but have been putting lemon in wrong way oops ;)
