Well I have had my thermomix (affectionately known as Thelma) for a week and I am loving her!!
So far I have made......
Butter
Risotto
Umami paste
Veg stock
BBQ sauce
Sweet chili sauce
Lemonade
Macaroni cheese
Bread buns
Pizza scrolls
Milo
Can't wait to try other things, I have a long list!

Well had a bit of a disaster today.........mayo which was like runny butter, not sure what went wrong? But hey ho
I have also made today.......peach ice pops, vanilla ice cream, citrus butter, toffee sauce and chicken nuggets

Make sure everything is at room temperature and take your time adding the oil.
