I love Thelma!

Well I have had my thermomix (affectionately known as Thelma) for a week and I am loving her!!

So far I have made......

Butter
Risotto
Umami paste
Veg stock
BBQ sauce
Sweet chili sauce
Lemonade
Macaroni cheese
Bread buns
Pizza scrolls
Milo

Can't wait to try other things, I have a long list!  ;)

That is great news. I think a lot of us feel the same about ours.

Well had a bit of a disaster today.........mayo which was like runny butter, not sure what went wrong? But hey ho

I have also made today.......peach ice pops, vanilla ice cream, citrus butter, toffee sauce and chicken nuggets  ;D

Make sure everything is at room temperature and take your time adding the oil.

You're bound to have a few disasters, but it sounds like you're on fire right now! Welcome to the forum.
