Yesterday 45 mins brisk walk non stop.

Today failure except for walking in shopping centre and supermarket.

DJ, I read some research that said women actually burn a lot of calories with amount of shopping they do ;D

Well now you mention it JD, shopping is very rare for me, but I can think of one or two on here who must take a lot of exercise!!

Does lugging kids around/ chasing kids/ playing ball games with kids/ cleaning up after kids/ etc count as exercise too??!!  ;)
