Hi cuilihhI haven't seen these recipes yet (just about to buy the book) but in most recipes that contain dairy you can easily substitute Nuttelex for butter, soy or nut milks for milk and soy or tofu "not cream cheese" for cream or sour cream. The taste and texture remains very similar. The only thing difficult to substitute is hard cheeses like Parmesan or Cheddar or Feta etc.These substitutes work in Tenina's other recipes.I hope this makes more of these recipes available to you.
