The twin to the pepper mill was delivered today.  This one is made from Ash (on the right).  I remember CC telling me a neighbour's tree blew down some time ago and her DH had taken some pieces to season for turning.   Now to buy some bulk salt crystals.  Thanks guys, I love these mills.

Look great and so practical having the salt and pepper shakers made with two different types of wood. We are always getting the the two mixed up since they look identical.
