Over here in Busselton. It should be great fun. I am 'so lucky' I have even got to be treasurer!

Right, it's time to get back down to business and those who are coming to the Adelaide forumfest need to commit so that final details can be arranged.
Please confirm by the 8th July at the latest.
This is the list from page 1. If your name is on it and your booking has not been confirmed, please let us know if you still intend coming. If you are a local please advise what days you are able to join those staying in town.
Amanda -will probably stay at the Crowne Plaza on Thursday night only
Emerald Sue - no accommodation required but presence confirmed for Fri, Sat & Sunday + help with transport if required
Frozzie - single room 2 nights booked 2/7/13 at Crowne Plaza
Gretchen - single room for 3 nights Crowne Plaza - booked 15/2/13
Judy & CC - double room for 3 nights Crowne Plaza - booked 15/2/13
Katiej - no accommodation required. Will skip the market tour but will come to Haigs and can drive others if required. OK for Saturday trip, dinner and High Tea - DH joining us for dinner too. Can do airport drop offs.
Moptop
Wonder - single room for 2 nights
KarenH - no accommodation required but will join us for the Saturday trip and dinner. Can provide transport to & from Haigs.
Uni - arriving Thursday, staying 4 nights in the Mantra, Hindmarsh Square. booked 22/5/13

Cornish Cream - sharing with Judy
Trudy - no accommodation
Bedlam single room for 3 nights booked at the Crowne Plaza 22/6/13
kmw - no accommodation required. Will join us on Saturday and Sunday.
Definites for the high tea on the Sunday
Uni
Judy
CC
MF
Bedlam
kmw
Emerald Sue
Katiej
Frozzie
At this point there are no plans made for those arriving on the Thursday as we all arrive at different times of the day but I'm sure we will all catch up at some time and probably get together for the evening meal.
Friday we are working on a market tour in the morning and a trip to Haigs Chocolate factory in the afternoon. Shops and market are open until 9pm so I'm sure you will want to hit the shops as well.
Saturday will be a trip to Hahndorf, it will depend on numbers going as to whether we will hire a bus so it is essential that we know who is coming on this trip. Saturday evening meal will be in the Crowne Plaza, Amanda will work on them for a special meal for us but once again numbers essential to be able to get the very best deal possible.
If you haven't already pm'd me with your mobile phone number, contact name and number of your next of kin, please do so.
Sunday after breakfast and checking out of the hotel, we will head for Glenelg to my DD's place, drop off our luggage if we have any then walk to Jetty Road to do the touristy thing before returning to her place for High Tea at approx. 2 pm. Any locals who have joined us on the other outings are quite welcome to this event as well. We may need some volunteers to drive our interstate visitors from the city to Glenelg if anyone could help us out there.
Thanks everyone, look forward to meeting you all and having a great time.

Judy, I will be there too.
I will give the market tour and Haighs tours a miss (I spend too much time and money in Haighs already), but am happy to act as taxi from the city to Haighs and back.
I will be there for the Saturday trip to Hahndorf and also for the Sat night dinner.
Unfortunately I wont be able to join you all on Sunday.
I wont need accomodation.

Thanks Karen, you have been such a help in getting us this far along with Katie - it's been great bouncing ideas off both of you to then have something to run past Amanda

Looking forward to meeting you too MF.
ES has informed me that her DH would consider coming to the Saturday night dinner if other husbands are coming. Anyone else have a husband that would do the same?

Judy for Friday I won't make the market tour, but will come to Haighs (can drive others if needed).
Saturday will come to Hahndorf and to dinner (Richard will come to dinner as well if that's ok?).
Sunday will come for high tea (and can do airport drop offs).

Ok just trying to book and decide... Question.. I have two options.. Arrive late on the thurs night (dh has very kindly offered to take a day off to watch the kids 😁😁) or early on the friday morning.. So my questions are..
Is it safe for a woman alone to arrive late at adl airport at night and easy enough to get a cab???
Secondly if i arrive fri morn early.. 8am (earliest flight to arrive in adl from syd i think) then what time are ppl off to the markets??

Kim I would chose the Friday early morning flight, we will be at breakfast when your plane lands and it doesn't take long to get to the hotel by taxi if we can't organise a pick up for you. The market tour will be 9.30 so that gives you enough time to book in and join us when we all leave to walk to the market. If you are coming to the high tea you would need to book a return flight that leaves roughly at 5pm ish at the earliest. MF leaves at 5.15 so you 2 could share a lift back to the airport.
