Last night I was rushing so they really didn't get a first rise. I gave them a bit longer rolled out to rise and they were still lovely and fluffy. Thanks.

Made this again today. This time I didn't have any carrots, but I did have baby spinach. I added two big handfuls of baby spinach along with the tomatoes. No one could tell there were hidden greens :)

Made this again today as a base for a 12wbt pizza recipe (suggested recipe uses pita bread...I wanted to make my own)

I used half wholemeal flour and half regular plain flour and it worked well (it did need approx 20-30g extra water). I also used MyFitnessPal to estimate the calories, for those interested, if you make 6 pizzas the count is approximately 275Cal per base, if you make 8 pizza bases out of this recipe you will have closer to 207Cal per base toppings are additional!

I'll add this info to both the original post and Cookie's copy of this recipe :)

Thanks Jamberie. I love My Fitness Pal. It is so easy to work out calories for foods you eat. I have done it for a couple of Tenina's desserts.
