I have just taken this out of the spring form tin to take this photo before it set too solidly (and have a piece at the same time) but it needs a couple more hours in the freezer. As you can see Cookie, some of my maltesers
and sponge fingers floated to the top. I can understand why ES's didn't - fruchocs are so much heavier than maltesers but why did my sponge fingers also float
Not that it will make any difference, the piece I had was lovely.
