Can you do deep pan piza where you push the dough up the sides?

Its here, i have told cp that pizza is srt of another name for frittatas, lol, he knows the oven does a great job.

My quiches will now be a frittata

I have a cutter & a board & 2 weird looking 1/2 circle things

They are for putting pizza onto the hot stone and for lifting it out when cooked.
I have wooden ones from my other pizza machine and they don't get hot but haven't tried the new ones yet.

Don't forget girls turn your pizza machine on first earlier in the day as instructions say and don't forget to use oven mitts when opening and closing

Word of warning though....ale sure you're wearing oven mitts when handling the hot oven

When you're checking your pizza or ready to remove it from the oven stand to the back of the oven and then lift lid toward you.... There's a lot of steam let loose when you open the oven and you'll want your arm over the lid rather than exposed to the escaping steam.   Hope that makes sense!!
