why not start with something really easy like cooking rice, self raising flour, fresh breadcrumbs, boiled eggs -- easy peasy stuff that is foolproof, and then make some vege stock concentrate. Pretty soon you will wonder what you were so scared about  :D

Have fun! My advice is to do what Frozzie said. Make whatever you really want to from the EDC, but before you start, check here on the recipe reviews section for hints, modifications etc. The few times I have not consuted the forum here have been my failures :(
Happy cooking!

No time like the present, start cooking. If there is no one else around you will be able to concentrate and see how very easy it is. It does seem confusing at times, but you will soon get the hang of it. As others have said, just jump on here with your questions.

I also made the basic panna cotta recipe recently and that's very easy with great results so whilst it's not instant, it is very gratifying and rewarding. Hence, great encouragement for you to do more.

Could I ask where this pannacotta recipe is please? That sort of thing is right up my street?
Thanks so much for your encouragement.
