I made Plum Crumble tonight for dessert.I used the plums leftover from making Plum Liqurer.For the crumble topping I based it on Bron's Yummy Apple Crumble recipe.Didn't use the citrus peels but added 1 tsp of cinnamon instead.Really delicious.

Isn't it nice when you can get more than one dish from an ingredient CC, love these liqueur recipes that leave you with leftover fruit for something else.
