Thanks ladies for such a warm loving welcome. Definitely can get the lovey dovey TM family vibe here :D

I'm glad you liked my blog. :) I'm still a newbie at breads (beside many other things) so I am looking forward to reading the tips and techniques you all have to share to improve on my bread making skills.

In regards to my dear friend, she is like a sister to me and we are VERY close to each other. I was quite nervous to be responsible for such an expensive piece of equipment but she is so lovely and didn't even think twice before lending it to me. God bless, she's one of a kind, and a friend I will hold close to me forever :D

Welcome to the forum NW. I read your blog and liked the recipes. Where, though, do you get dehydrated kale powder? I think I'd like it better than the fresh kale - its so intense.

I make it myself. :)

Just get fresh kale. Tear up the leaves (just as you would to make kale chips).

And put it in a low oven (50-80 degrees) until they're all dry.

Then you can put it in the TM and whizz for a few seconds to get a fine kale powder that you can store in the fridge and use in dips, sprinkle over salads, add to yoghurt (for kids lunch boxes)....endless possibilities!
