ty. My sons are nagging me to bake more so I guess I may be inspired. I hate baking usually.

I try very hard to eat preservative free so I am mainly looking for fresh recipes with fresh veges. Really looking forward to that.
I have been thinking of buying an ice cream maker- don't have to now.

DH wanted a mincer cos he wins a lot of meat trays and would like to mince up the round steak. Don't have to buy that now.

I absolutely love Mediterranean style food.  Don't really eat it a lot but would like to get more into it. The cardiologist says I need to cut down on carbs and thats really not that easy so I was thinking if I could explore Mediterranean recipes more.
Does TM have a mediterranian recipe book? Greek?

Here's a few Greek recipes for you cowley.

The boys can't get into too much trouble pressing buttons if they are following a recipe and do exactly what the recipe says.  You all have to become familiar with it first though - baby steps until then.  It's important to rinse the bowl after each dish - most kids would leave the dirty bowl on the sink for Mum to clean - so at least get them to fill it with water if they aren't prepared to wash it properly.  It is also important that the bowl is fully assembled before putting it back in position - we've had instances where other members of the household have just put the bowl minus base back into the opening and Mum has come along, tipped ingredients in and a mess has been the result.

Amy I thought the butterfly could be used to speed 4 - has that changed?

I was wondering too Judy.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

You can use it on speed 3 but you cannot go higher than speed 4 Amy.

If you go too fast with the butterfly in place it can dislodge from the blades ;)

You can also end up with black bits of plastic in your mashed potato I am told.
