It took a long time for me today MEP, but mainly because I was trying to work around the carpenter in the kitchen
If he was working near the oven I didn't want to put my tart in there in case he was still working there when I needed to get it out. Also, I didn't prepare my fruit until mid morning, and it needs to be room temperature so I had to wait quite a while for it to cool! It would be more time efficient to prepare the fruit the day before making this tart. That would cut down a fair bit of "waiting around" time.
But the recipe is really easy
The hardest thing for me was lining my pan with pastry, as I don't cook with it very often, but anyone who uses pastry regularly wouldn't have that problem
