Happy, happy...love the colours and aroma in making this gorgeous conserve.
I've used a whole apple to replace any need for jamsetta. Cooked it for 15 mins in the last round at Varoma temp.
Thinking of you Chookie as I make this family favourite 😘😘

This is certainly a great recipe; I have just made it using frozen cherries and everything else the same and it was so good.

I love cherry jam troupie but have never made it as cherries seem so expensive. I have some frozen ones in the freezer so will give this a try. Thanks for the idea.
