Could it just be your pc GF as none of us seem to have the problem?

I'm getting it too. I thought it was Google Chrome creating it. The message said that there was information from thedishforum.com, a known suspect for Malware.
I got it when trying to open anything in the breads section.

Hello to all

This is an odd situation. I tried to access the forum using Firefox, no problem there, use it via chrome, no problem there unless I visit the topic reported by goldfish.

Did a search and could not see any reference to the URL that was mentioned in that topic.

Since our ads are google, I'm finding this strange but the problem can come from a URL in an ad.

I will try to find with google/chrome the reason for this.

Thanks Admin!  Appreciate your looking into this . . .

I just tried opening a Whats for Dinner Tonight post and the same thing happened - got the warning and then lost the forum . . . and I'm using chrome . . . .  :-))

MJ - sorry you've been experiencing this, too!!  It doesn't seem to affect me in Breads, just in the dinner tonight thread . . . fascinating stuff! >:(

Think it must be a google chrome thingy . . . it's still happening when I click on someone's post in the Whats for Dinner . . . :-))

Safari on the iphone is not a problem! :D

If I didn't find it scarey I would find it interesting. I just don't understand computers/ iPads and similar things.

well, just as I was thinking it was "safe to go back into the water" . .  it's still there.  So far just on that one thread, What's for Dinner Tonight.  I'm becoming convinced it's a chrome problem - others such as Safari - no problem.  Not scary any more - just downright annoying!!   ??? >:(

Chelsea - can you remember what that link was . . . without actually posting it?
Apparently Chelsea got a warning on the link I posted to my recipe Chocolate Fudge Cake like jmc296. I've now removed the link.

Thanks CC.  I couldn't remember what thread I was reading at the time.  :)

If you click on 'Avanced' in the warning, you can carry on to the site. Since I've done that, it's never come up again.

Thanks MJ - will try that . . . it's still sending up the warning when I try to open a post on Whats for Dinner . . and then I lose the forum altogether . . .
