Absolutely Marie. I've had my top load washing machine for 13 years and it won't die to replace with a water saving front loader. My freezer is 12years old and still going strong.

Oh gosh Marie that is exactly like us. We have replaced the washing machine and now the freezer. We have told DD what we want if she has to do any replacing while we are away.

Sorry to hear about your freezer cookie. Glad it's now sorted. I have a Westinghouse fridge/freezer that's about 12 yrs old. Can't fault it. Fingers crossed it lasts a little longer.

Our very first fridge/ freezer was a Westinghouse. We gave it away when it was 16 years old and we were transferring to the bush. It's probably still going.
