Just read this and couldn't quite believe it . . .I'm not GF (gluten free, that is!! ;D) but have friends who are - and this is just appalling to think they'd even they'd give a thought to this, let alone pursuing it . . . . .  >:( >:(

Thanks GF! My DB is coeliac and is very sensitive.  It is a difficult line to draw though! And might be good for people who are not coeliac as it might mean there are now foods available to them and cheaper too. But coeliacs and other highly sensitive people will suffer :(
I have a Facebook page with all things cooking, you'll find it here: https://www.facebook.com/What-Amber-Ate-1097437023601587/

so where is the fine line. :)

Is it Gluten free, or labelled gluten free, but not....

wish food manufactures were more transparent with labeling, and not just numbers for additives too.
My Thermomix,  Kitchen Aid, Pizza oven, Nu Wave 5 in 1, Spatulas, all brings love, laughter, happiness, and great food  to my kitchen.
