Hi,

I needed the zest of 5 oranges on the weekend and now I have 5 naked oranges. Got my Thermie today :) so I am game and looking for something to do with them?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Cheers
Linda :)

Hi N T.   Why don't you take the white pith off and then whizz them up in the Thermomix and have fresh juice or freeze the juice and make a slushy,

lol you are both so healthy, I was thinking of something more decadent than that. Like a orange cake or the like :) But couldn't find a recipe that didn't need the skin.

But smoothies is a good idea

Could juice them and add some gelatin to make jelly. You could then make some custard and cake in thermie and make a trifle. Or open a bottle of bubbles and make some mimosas:)
