This is the recipe from Chelsea (Thermie Groupie) that was on her blog several years ago. Chelsea and Mods: I hope it's acceptable for me to take the liberty of posting it here. It was such a popular dish and so often pronounced preferable to other available recipes of the same name that I thought a lot of newer members might like to try it . . . .

members' commentsTamG - it is really delicious. I have made it quite a few times now.
Ekusumo - it was so easy and so tasty. Love love it. Thank you!
cookie - it was lovely. I only made a half quantity for the 3 of us. It will definitely be made many more times.
aussegal7 - We have tried many strog recipes and we haven't really like them until now, this is amazing! Thank you so much for sharing.
I used pizza sauce instead of tomato paste as that's all we had and also had no mushrooms but it was divine! Have just shared the recipe with all my thermie friends :-)
JD - I have to agree with everyone, it is delicious. Thanks Chelsea, with all the different flavours added to this recipe (I left out the cayenne and used a fresh sprig of thyme), it had to taste good.
CP - love it!
CC - We love it too.
maddy - it's equally delicious with chicken. I don't use the Cayenne either Judy but use 3 Tblsp. Worcester Sauce.
Often I have to cook the meat (beef) an extra 10 - 15 mins. It's still a favourite here.
vmc513 - Delicious, family really enjoyed the meal, feed 6 adults.
peterseaford - I am just a learner but cooked this recipe today - thank you - it is beautiful and amazed that it cooked in just 20 minutes.
