help finding a link for a necklace I am sure I saw on here

I have the Ubercircles in Medium in Silver on a short chain. They are three separate interlinking rings and you can put them onto any chain. We have two kids so each one has a circle with their name on the front and birthdate on the back while the third one has mine DH's name and our wedding date on the back. Very simple but effective. If money was no object and I was choosing (mine was a surprise), I would have purchased the combination in large gold, with a white, yellow and rose gold ring. A girlfriend has this combination and wears it mostly on a long chain and its stunning. I'm definitely going to buy the longer ball chain but just haven't got around to it.

I got it from uberkate. It's a gold infinity circle necklace with our 3 kids name on it. Should be very handy when I'm older and can't remember their names
