Email sent to Ruth.
"Thank you Ruth. Looks like 1900 would be a good time and most wanting the three courses.
So far no Funny Food//Vegans/Edenic/Hindu/I-tal/Fruitarian/Lacto-ovo vegetarian/Pescetarian/Kosher/Hallelujah or even Kangatarian dieters in our group.
This is understandable as we are all cooks whose common bond is our enthusiasm for our Thermomix and the Thermomix Forum where we met. We come from all over Australia and some have never met face to face before but we are all good friends looking for a great meal with good service. We don’t whinge, whine or complain. We respect the chef and the food so bring it on.
One question from me, why is there no Tasmanian Sparkling Wine on the menu you sent? With so many luscious Tassie bubbles in the Coal Valley I would expect a Puddle Duck at least!
I have given you my credit card details to confirm the booking but rest assured we will be paying cash on the night.
Thank you for your interest and prompt reply.
Gretchen"
So excited as it is really happening.

Thanks Gert. I am sitting in the Model A, about 5km from our headquarters, by the side of the road with 2 other Model A's and the recovery trailer. No, we don't need it. One of the others needs it. Gosh after only 5 km too. Hopefully they get it fixed and we can move on. All the cars are doing a 90mile drive today. It will take us the entire day.
Ours is the last car in the line and it is my DJ with the fluoro jacket under the bonnet of the dead car.

We had to put the front car on to the rescue trailer and take it back. It is going today though.
