I agree Judy and regular healthy food. Some evenings DH and I had toast for dinner, showered and went to bed. Next time I will take frozen meals. It won't be WA's turn for many, many years.

I'm not sure about the relaxing bit, however I can sleep going over and coming back. I just had an email from another couple who were on the committee and they said they did lots of sleeping when they got home, at least we weren't' the only ones.
