Recipe Review - new EDC chilli mussels with thyme and tomatoes

We had this for dinner along with the EDC spelt bread rolls. They were a perfect combination. I used fresh tomatoes instead of canned. we had a few to use up. DH also pan fried scallops for us.

We haven't had mussels in the Varoma before. I found them after clearing out the freezer. Best way to cook them quick, easy and tasty.

Hopefully someone will move this to where it has to go.

There was no need to move it INATD, your review was exactly where it should have been put.  CC then just linked it to the book listing.

Some people make the mistake of posting a new review in the same thread as the links/index and that's when we have to move the postings to a thread of their own so they can be linked.
