Well done. Heaps of us have forgotten to turn the temperature on. In fact I still do after many years.

 ;D  ;D  did that just the other day . . .wanted to steam some fish and vegetables . . . returned when the timer went off to raw vegetables and frozen fish . .  and a stone cold jug!!  (Note to self . . . . . . . :-)) :-)))

Caramel fudge turned out perfect. Just like the stuff you pay $30 a kilo for. Need to stop eating it lol.
