I made this to have for dinner last night between the Melbourne Cup "do" and the Corvette Club meeting. Did about a kilo of pork scotch fillets in the slow cooker for 6 hours then had pulled pork and coleslaw rolls. Absolutely delicious thank you Karen  :)

I was thinking of having this on the weekend with corn bread, just need to find a good cornbread recipe now.

Quirky Jo has one in her book and Andie that used to be a frequent poster on here has one on her blog, they are quite similar so I think I'll use one of them and seee how it goes. There is also one on recipe community which gets good reviews but it uses creamed corn so I don't think that will give the texture we've had with bought ones we all liked.
