Thanks Droverjess your lunchbox ideas is exactly what I needed. Since my DH has had to restrict things in his diet I've got into a bit of a rut & just said to him tonight I need to get a bit of a plan instead of trying to work it out the night before or even that morning.

It's that time of year!
For anyone who is interested, I thought it might be worth sharing that I've just finished reading the new 4 Blades e-magazine. Heaps and heaps of great lunch ideas. It is the most useful (imho) of their mags so far.

In the summer porridge thread and I thought it'd fit here as there are some great lunch ideas, and other ides too.

I agree Jamberie. I was thinking of cancelling my subscription before this one. I haven't made a single thing from any of them. :'(
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.

I'm glad you think the same Cookie. I have made a couple of things from previous magazines and they have been good, but I keep forgetting the recipes I have! -although that happens with most of my e-recipe-books. I think I might email them to see if they could publish an online index. I'm looking forward to making many of this month's recipes.
