Enjoy your weekend. Are you going somewhere lovely? We had our long weekend last weekend.  :'(

Hi and welcome to the Forum AJ.  What a shame you did not find us sooner but you are in the right place now.  I leave my TMX on the bench as has been suggested a few times.  I use it every day - soups are great because you just throw everything up - chop it in the bowl and cook it in the bowl.  Only 1 utensil to wash up.  So even if you start just by using it to chop up onions and garlic etc at least you will be getting used to it.  There are some great risotto recipes on the forum that you might like to try too.  The good thing with that is that you can read right through and pick up on all the tweaks and sometime mistakes that others have made and save yourself a lot of the learning curve.  I make all our bread rolls, finger buns, turkish breads, yoghurt, dips - oh the list is endless.
Go for it and enjoy.
You haven't failed at anything until you stop trying.

Hello AJ and welcome. What a shame you've hardly used your machine. At least you are at the right place now. Enjoy your weekend and hoping you find some tmx mojo.
