And very nice it is too.  I set out to do that the other day and forgot to add the extras so we had plain steamed bread instead for toast.  I love it and even DH was impressed with it with his soup tonight.

If you have a four-cup breadmaker you will need to increase the amounts to suit.  :)
Will try adding these ingredients and quantities to my TMX bread recipe as I don't have a breadmaker.  Thanks!

I wondered if you saw that it was for a breadmaker in my post.  I'm not sure if those quantities would work in the TMX.  Perhaps try the recipe ILB recommended if you have no luck.  :)

Go Chelsea!!!!

Monday - Gemuse Eintopf (TM), peas, sliced tomatoes and dessert (TM chocolate custard)
Tuesday - Zucchini Slice (prepared in TM), salad and dessert (berry yoghurt)
Wednesday - Garlic rice (TM), stirfry veg (TM)
Thursday - Chili Con Beans (TM), salad, avocado, sour cream, corn chips
Friday - Baked beans/eggs/leftover "buffet"
Saturday - Potato Bake (slow cooker - cheese sauce in TM), coleslaw (TM), green salad
Sunday - Potato Curry (TM), rice and dessert (yoghurt or sorbet)

Other cooking and baking - I haven't yet tried the Cinnamon Bars (from the TM Rawlicious booklet), but Abby made the Quarter Cake (from TM Budget Busters). We have eggs and milk to use up, so I'll be hunting for something to make other than custard!

I use the choc chip chick-pea recipe from the forum and use 2/3 white spelt flour and 1/3 freshly milled spelt grains.

Here is the link to the recipe: http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=1489.0

And here is a link to some recent comments about the recipe: http://www.forumthermomix.com/index.php?topic=1869.0   :)

I'm doing a stock-take of my pantry tonight before I go shopping at the markets tomorrow. I think this will be a laborious process by my pantry is over flowing with food and I need to do something about. So I'll try to cook with what I already have plus fresh vegies and fruit. It's ridiculous, I have never owned so much food at once!
