She's finding out whether ex-consultants can re-train and be given some time to earn a new machine. If I can earn it over a period of three months, I'd retrain. I loved working with people and cooking for them, just the pressure sales not so much. This time, I'd approach it differently and do it my way, if I decide to re-train.Thinking...thinking....
Well there you go!I know this may seem trivial, but how could They not improve the scales?? For someone who bakes a lot, .5g increments is really not good enough...you really shouldn't have to use your bench top digital scales for accuracy, when you have a machine of this value!Recipe chip & touch screen...meh...I'll stick to simplicity :-)
