Easiest to peel hazelnuts by putting them in  a 180 oven for 4-5 minutes, the skins rub off really easily if you can tolerate a few stuck bits. Makes the nuts crunchier too

Agree.  Does give the Hazelnut a better flavour.

Generally buy our nuts in bulk & haven't seen them peeled. It wasn't too bad roasted them in the airfryer & it was worth it for the ice cream :)

Made this last night along with Emerald Sue's Mint, Chocolate Chip Icecream & both were winners 😀

I still haven't tried this. I will probably wait until warmer weather as we don't eat much icecream during the winter months.
May all dairy items in your fridge be of questionable vintage.
