Hi From Ed and Lees Adelaide SIL
« on: October 01, 2014, 09:19:25 pm »
Hello Everyone I am finally here and checking out my new toy. So excited to be here in Konigstein. Have seen so much already in 5 days and it is fantastic. Ed has been making such yummy food and I have so much to learn before the massive trip to Downunder. Can't believe how popular they are here in Germany and even the family in Hannover just love their TM. I feel guilty to be taking Ed and Lees TM before the new one arrives. Well I am not really, they can learn to live without one for 2 days... Only kidding. Speak to you all later.

Hi and welcome to the forum.  You have a head start with Ed and Lee to help you with your TMX and you already know about us here on the forum.  Adelaide is a great place for forum members, too, so you will never be stuck for support.

Maybe you can cook for Ed and Lee during their TMX-less days??

Welcome Heidi, DSIL!!! So lovely to have you here.  Better cook up before Thermie leaves us for warmer weather in sunny Adelaide.  I will visit her in two weeks.  Can't believe there will be a space on my bench with only a memory....

I am so happy to be on the forum.  I will have to practice 1 recipe per day and am pleased that Lee will be back in Adelaide the week after I get back. Hopefully I won't have too many disasters. ?

Welcome to the Forum.  What fun you will have with your TMX.  Great teacher there, and back up in 2 weeks time.

Welcome to the forum Heidis, you will love your TM31 and as has already been said, the support on this forum is fantastic.  You'll have Ed & Lee on tap as well so I can't see any problems.  Cook up a storm when you get back home and by the time Ed visits, you'll be able to show him how well you're doing.  I hope the machine travels well back to Australia and the airport staff are gentle with it.  If you have any problems with the machine, let me know and I can put you in touch with the local Adelaide technician.  Enjoy your time with the boys, I bet they are showing you a great time.
