They look lovely Katie and Kimmy.
I made two batches of salted caramel fudge today as I'm catching up with a group of 10 friends this week and we are all exchanging a dozen biscuits/slice/ sweets with each other. We have to make 10 dozen & We will all come away with 9 dozen goodies, plus 10 dozen for the Salvos. My problem is that DH helped himself to some fudge while I was outside looking at the christmas lights we put up today.  I need to make more tomorrow, but I've only got two tins the right size and I've run out of brown sugar.I've promised to make a batch just for our family once Ive made enough to exchange

The Xmas spirit is alive and well, go girls.
Guests sampled the chocolate coated Nougat and loved it.  Thanks for recipe and suggestions.
