Hi!!,
I live south of hobart and just got my thermomix on friday. It was a lovely suprise present for my birthday from my partner. The week before i had a demo and fell in love with the thermomix, but did not imagine i would actually get one
So far i have made the vegetable stock concentrate, bread rolls and morrocan spiced red lentil soup. All of which turned out great!! We then decided to be a bit adventurous and made a pear souffle which turned out wonderfully and tasted even better.
looking forward to getting some great tips and recipes from you all.
Belinda

Hi tasbell, glad you popped in to say hello. Do you have a TMX or are you just thinking of becoming an owner. Either way, you will enjoy our forum. Hope we are not too crazy for you. There are quite a few owners down in Tassie these days as you will see on this forum.

thanks for the welcome. It is my birthday tomorrow but got my TMX early so i could play with it over the weekend.
My partner really is lovely and is starting to love the TMX as much as i am.
My goal is to use it for at least 2 dishes a day to get into a habit of using it.

BE CAREFUL - your partner may dominate it and not let you near - they paid for it for a reason.
