Thermomix Diva.Name of Recipe: Breakfast Smoothie with Banana and Spinach
Serves: 1 glass
Ingredients:* 1 teaspoon chia seeds
* 1 frozen banana
* couple of ice cubes
* handful of spinach leaves
* 1 teaspoon rice malt syrup or other natural sweetener
* 250g unsweetened almond milk
* 1 teaspoon of supergreens supplement (optional)
Preparation:1. Place everything into the bowl in the above order and blitz
2 mins/speed 9.2 Drink and enjoy!
