Even patient people have limits CP, our patience finally runs out and boy can we let them have it.  I hope these people do the right thing by you very soon.

I have Seimens appliances. I would ring Bosch Australia they deal with Seimens in Australia and ask them to replace the machine (or repair it under warrenty). I would also call who ever you bought it from they will usually help also.  Not fit for purpose means new or repair!
