No pic sorry, it was pounced upon. An old favourite which is a very easy Friday night dinner. Added 1/2 red capsicum cos I love capsicum with this slice, and if you don't have capsicum you could also add a bit of carrot - its your slice to do whatever you want with and use up a scrap of raw veggie that is begging to be used (just add to the bowl at step 4 so the size is consistent and it will cook at the same rate). Great served with a leafy salad, and also the beetroot salad if you wish.
