British Isles on a plate, Apple Crumble Smoothie Page 13
« on: January 30, 2016, 09:12:54 am »
This is a 4 portion recipe but I scaled it down to one portion. This is a pleasant smoothie. The oats and nuts content were reduced to being the slightest powder, in fact, almost gone.  I love Cinnamon and nutmeg and it was these that gave it that apple crumble twist. Next time I will use a stronger apple like “Granny Smiths”.  I am guessing that it will be one of those breakfasts that stop any hunger pangs till lunchtime because I am now full and struggling to finish the last inch in the glass.
