Oh gosh, I'm speechless and thrilled.  CC thank you so much for organising this competition, you are very generous.  It was so hard trying to decide which of my three favourites to enter - I ended up tossing a coin before making my final decision!

Oh my goodness how lucky am I.   The only other thing I have ever won was a wheelbarrow at a garden expo.  A very big thankyou CC for organizing this competition it was very generous of you..

Today I got a very special postal delivery – the British Isles on a Plate book  :) :) :).  I haven’t had a chance to even have a sneak preview yet (I have left it in its plastic wrapping so that I can’t be tempted), but I am counting the minutes until we close so that I can get into it.

CC many thanks once again for running this competition, you are such a wonderfully generous lady.

I have many TMX books but this is the only one that I have made 2 recipes from. I am looking forward to making more.

My book "British Isles on a Plate" was waiting for me when I arrived home from our holiday yesterday.  I did a couple of loads of washing this morning then made myself a cuppa and had a browse.  There are some lovely recipes in the book and I can't wait to find time to try them.
