The class sounded lovely. Thanks for the tip to let things with flour rest Katie. I do it with pastry but not cakes etc.

Thanks Julie, I think I was the only person to have a photo taken with Maria.  Buckleys chance of getting Katie in a photo LOL.

Oh I would have really loved these classes, alas, US is a little far to travel. But then I could visit my sister and her family in Adelaide. I have been trying to improve my puff/Danish pastry skills.
